About me
A single moment of self-awareness showed me how much real change I needed.
For 15 years I was living the script – doing what I thought I needed to be doing, just like everyone else: climb the corporate ladder, hit the targets, rinse and repeat. On the outside, it looked like success. On the inside, I was hollowing out. Then reality caught me on the banks of the Zambezi River when a slogan on the back of a beer bottle stopped me cold. It was time to stop letting change steer my course.
Fueled by that wake-up call, I decided to break down everything I thought I knew and rebuild from the ground up – so I became a Certified Reinvention Practitioner, immersing myself in the very frameworks that drive lasting transformation. Today I apply those tools – Titanic Diagnostics, ToTo Matrices and hands-on coaching – to help organisations anticipate disruption, co-design bespoke roadmaps, and embed the people, processes and systems that turn chaos into opportunity in our VUCA world.
